gym..

on sunday kris and i will be joining powerhouse gym in wixom... i was just wondering if any of you that read this would have any suggestions on what to do because i'm a beginner... like should i just use the tredmill? or start out there then use the flexmachines, if anyone can help or suggest some kind of routine let me know, k thanks <3 :o)

cardio is key...and elliptical machines are great for beginners and hard core work out people.

Weight training/Strenght training is a pain in the ass but it's a must.....get a personal trainer for the day...have them show you how to use the weight machines...go on as many as you can and start with low reps with low amounts of weight.

The weight falls off faster than you can imagine with a regular cardio and weight routine!

Depending on if you've worked out recently, I would suggest starting to walk on the treadmill or ride the bike.

Then move to the eliptical and then running on the treadmill eventually.

I TRY to work out 4 days a week, cardio all 4 days, weights, 2 or 3 days. Abs, 3 days.
