Getting to know you
It's been a very productive few days. Yesterday I reorganized my whole room, nothing gives me greater satisfaction that finding new ways to store my stuff. We also finished getting the last few things for finishing touches on our gifts. Today I took a bunch of left over soap scraps and made them into really cute soap bars, worked on a scarf, and cleaned some more.
Now I sit watching 'The King and I,' yet again this week. It comes in second to my favorite Deborah Kerr movie, 'An Affair to Remember.' I love the 'shall we dance' scene. I long to have the opportunity to wear such a gown and parade around a dance floor, not to mention the gorgeous crystal net in her hair. I so needed to be born in a different time.
