Day of awesomeness
Girl and I have had Thursdays off together lately but because she's going to a dog show this weekend her days off had to fall Saturday and Sunday, so I ended up having yesterday to myself. It occurred to me that I hadn't fully utilized a day off by myself to it's full potential in quite some time. That sentence was repetitive and redundant. hehe
I spent the day at the mall, did just a little bit of shopping, chopped off my hair, got a pedicure, ate lunch by myself, and went to a movie. I really enjoyed it. I love my girl time, but on these days I can make my own agenda and not feel like I'm holding anybody up.
Also, I recommend "Crazy, Stupid, Love," I typically want to love Steve Carell's movies and end up hating them, but this one was really good.
