Cormier Legacy 1.5
Last time: The Cormier Children were awful, nasty, and no good, and then they became teenagers. Marjani slowly climbed the corporate ladder.

Let's launch this update with yet another picture of Ophelia sleeping anywhere but the bed. With her eyes open. Having a nightmare. Sigh.
And hallucinating. Her fail is so fail.
Please note that she is finding her OTH during school hours.
Sophie: God, why! What did I do to deserve a higher grade?

And so Sophie beats the shit out of Ophelia. (Presumably for sleeping in a bed. I guess that explains the complex)
Ophelia is the most miserable Sim I have ever had. Makes me miss her evil sleeping-beauty toddler days, honestly.

*wibble* I mean, he did nothing all day two days in a row. But... Bill! I hope he goes on to reconcile with his children and live a full life. But I suspect he'll just move on to the next family, desperately attempting to forge some real human connections.

Also Dirk comes home with Sophie constantly but fails to interact at all with any of the five Sims living there. Buh?

To appease Marjani's waning Asp. meter, I use the twins' One Command for teenhood. The resulting cap makes me giggle. I guess financial aid, like justice, is blind.
Oh, well, that's never going to happen, but thanks for the momentary Asp. boost!
...this is what happens when you fire the butler, dear. Nobody else is going to fix it. Your husband lays about playing video games in The Zone all day and your children are too busy trying to kill each other, so get to it!
Look! Two pictures in a row of Sophie being plesant. Probably because Ophelia is passed out on the lawn/in the bathroom/kitchen/living room, but hey. She can still be cute!

Er, I think the result of this was everyone hated her and she got cramps or something but the important part is that Sophie is not employed and is in fact at home, I believe.
Not the same midnight panty garden tending as the teaser. Maybe it helps her de-stress?
In a desperate attempt to get Ophelia out of the house, where she is pretty much constantly being pulped, I use her One Command. Unfortunately, it means she has to go back to Maxis-hours public school, which means homework.
Granted she has to GO TO SCHOOL to get homework. D:<
Calen is just.... so perplexed. Maybe he's sad that his daughter doesn't realize what "I'd love to give you a pearl necklace" means.

She went back inside, fell asleep into her food. The alarm went off, and I was like "YES, GO TO SCHOOL." but all she did was turn it off and march off to pee.
So, Marji was late to her first day at the top o' the ladder in order to drive Ophelia to school.
Buuuuuuuut nothing could get her to go to work autonomously.

So, er, if anyone wants to voice their opinion on who gets to be Torch Bearer/ hier (I sent all three via the neighborhood view before realizing it was against the rules), now's the time!
I ask because I'm totally torn. Simon got pretty, but Sophie has traditionally been my favorite and has the golden eyes. On the other hand, Ophelia will die if I don't control her and is visually quite the blend of her parents. Opinions?
