Good News
I got the aide position I put in for! I'm so excited. The Principal called today and told me I'm be recommended to the board. HR is supposed to call me next week to come in to sign a contract and such. I should start at the end of next week, or Monday of the falling week! So exciting! The principal said I impressed them and the teacher of the call with my interview! YAY. It was scary interviewing when you have four people all looking at you and asking you questions. I didn't think I did so well, but I guess I did. I think it helped that I had several people go to the principal to recommend me.
My kids are going to not know how to act. Things are going to be so much different. I'm a little nervous about keeping up with the house, the kids, activities, homework, the house and a job all at once, but people do it every day. It will become normal and the awesome thing is I work for 2 months and then I'm off for a couple months for the summer. I love that I will be off when they are. It is the perfect job for me!
