Now that Clone Baby's being subbed I'm watching it properly and I have thoughts!
1. Everyone in this drama (except the main guy, who's just not doing it for me) is really really hot. :|
2. I really love how Hiro keeps trying to seduce Marika and just. failing. really hard. Especially hilarious was that conversation in episode two that basically went like this:
Hiro: You've been in love with me since you first saw me. :)
Marika: Uh--
Hiro: You can't help it. We're like magnets, uncontrollably attracted to one another.
Marika: Well, actually...
Hiro: We're connected by the red string of fate.
Marika: :|
Hiro: :D
Marika: :|
Hiro: :D?
Marika: :| :| :|
Hiro: [embraces her]
Marika: ...
Masamune: [does nothing, is kind of a loser]
Marika: Okay get off me now. You're really weird and you talk a lot of crap. [leaves]
Hiro: HAHA I JUST STOLE YOUR GIRL SHE WANTS ME BAAAD.
He proceeds to do this approximately one thousand more times.
I think he's meant to be really cool and mysterious? But he comes off as more this really socially awkward guy who badly needs to get laid and is possibly kind of a huge masochist. I don't know if it's because Tori's playing him or what. But anyway, my favourite clone is this hot underage :((( kid who lives in 1995's Hackers and responds to someone off-handedly muttering "perverted boy" at him with "I WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!"
Then he goes home to a flat more spacious than half a Tokyo apartment block, gets out his laptop and presses a special button on his keyboard that lets him instantly access the home PC of any person he likes, without even knowing their IP or anything. Button's even got a little skull on it for EXTRA EXTRA REALISM.
Meanwhile Marika happens to be in the same building as Hiro for longer than a minute.
Hiro: SHE WANTS ME BAAAAAAAAD. [leans]
re: Goseiger: GoseiKnight and Nozomu are too cute for words. GoseiKnight very hesitantly hugging Nozomu back = my heart doing flips because it's all too moe I-I can't.
No OOO means a very unhappy Weller. :(
