Yeah the recipe is great. I used cream chesse instead of sour cream though. I just don't like to eat it. When she made it, she said sharp chedder, which is what I use anyways. I just had never had baked m&c before. I had always done it in a sauce pan. I like that it's creamy, but you can add another layer of cheese in the last five minutes to make a 'crust' type thing.

What is this?
*gasp* It's a nick cartoon on friday nights, but don't let that sway you away! I made some bases a while back. I really like that it has substance and not just stupid fighting.
Imdb summary: When the hostile Fire Nation threatens to enslave the Water, Earth, and Air Nations, a reluctant and irresponsible boy must face his destiny as the Avatar, the Chosen One who can restore the world order. This new animated series centers on twelve-year-old Aang, who must forgo his selfish wandering to learn to master his latent powers over the four elements. Only then can he conquer the Firebenders, the evil magi who threaten the world.
Oh and think, Jason Issacs was the villian in the first season! Do you want me to send you an avi? I can do the pilot of either the first or second season.

Oh, right on. Wow, I haven't watched nick in a long time. Now that there's nothing on except Dr. Who on Fridays, I'll have to check it out. If I can't seem to find it, though, I'll get back to you on the uploading (the only reason I hesitate is that it takes so long to dl and I never do get around to watching anything that I dl!)

Jason Issacs was the villian in the first season!
I'm not a huge JI fan, but I know someone who is - I'll have to let her know.

You don't like to eat sour cream? Not even when it's mixed in with stuff? How come? Is it a taste thing or a calorie thing or something else?

I bookmarked the mac&cheese recipe, so next time I go to the store, I might get all the stuff and make it. I've never done it from scratch before - sounds kinda like it might be fun.
