You know. I really do enjoy writing. I sometimes create images worth reading as well. I just wish that I could find time to organize my mind into the frame for writing.
Oddly, it feels like I am trying to imitate morningstar4 sometimes. I love her art, her stories and her web designs... and I positively adore! her writing and the characters she created. And it all seems like what I want to do... but better. ;-) and when I try to do the same thing, I end up making a mess of it, because my mind is too formulaic and logical, so everything comes out stiff instead of what I was aiming for.
Since I have been working in image editting, I have been finding I lean more toward the creative side again. LIke I did when I was younger, but still want the technical aspects as well. To enhance my creativity, I have picked up crocheting and knitting and possibly will get back into cross-stitch. All this is fine and dandy, but I really do want to write.
What I miss most however, is TALKING everyday -- all day at work and getting all the minor updates as they happen. I miss typing out scenarios to cheer people up and writing out my own stories of what is happening. I don't feel obsessed about missing it... just a loss and a degrading of skills. Promotions on one side, career change on the other... Happy for all, but still the sadness.

Anyhow. YES! I am glad I scored Story writing. maybe. someday I will.
