Letter of Marque and Kepper Jack
I was listening to one of my favorite musical groups just yesterday and decided that I could do with promoting them a little here ;-)
Seelie Court is a group that performs at the Bristol Renaissance Faire in Bristol, WI and at various other venues. Their style of music is generally upbeat and they put twists on traditional [irish/scottish/english/shanty/folk/drinking/etc] songs. In addition to this, the main male vocalist, Jon Baade, is also a song writer and I swear most of the time you would be hard-pressed to tell which were new and which were old.
Of the Five CDs they have, I have found a few to have songs that could be called pirate songs :-) Two of my favorite songs, The Letter of Marque and Kepper Jack, were written by Mr. Baade and are fun to sing along with.
I won't write out the songs completely, but here is a sample:

Rig the topsail there's a good wind behind us
and keep a sharp watch for the colors of Spain
Raise up a tankard and drink our Good Fortune
We're privateers plundering the Main for the Queen.

It's quick we're upon her and let loose a broadside
the main mast is hit and she's dead in the waves
with grapples we board her, with sabers we take her
for England there's victory this day.
4.
With a ship full of gold we return from the New World
We bring home the treasures the Spanish did claim
From the Lesser Antilles to the Gulf of Campeche
The Spanish FEAR our ship's Name.

Grab your Rum and Toss it back
we drink a toast to Kepper Jack
the finest captain e'er there be
to sail upon the seven seas.

with one swift shot we split her mast
on the Dead Man's Chest we sent them away
and Saki was the drink that day.

A German ship lay low at tide
we snuck on board and down inside
we made away with their brandy sweet
we sent them to the ocean deep.
