Food to Drool over

I friended athena8 because of Saiyuki and stayed friended because she posts many things of interest. Today I was drooling over her short entry about a Japanese fusion restaurant in the Penn Quarter of DC... and the pics of the food contributed to the small puddle that formed on my desk. If I plan a trip to DC, I definitely want to add this restaurant as one of my Must See places out there.
