Yesterday while my siblings && father went to Dollar General I walked to Barnes & Noble & oh how I love that store.
First I looked at music magazines && I found an interview with The Strokes in, I think, Filter. :FDL:SJFJKc l:JOFD OBJG♥♥nksdhcAJFOIDU bo♥kldj a♥
They're so awesome && pretty. I can't wait to get their new album.
Also in Filter there was an interview with Conor Oberst from Bright Eyes on travelling && musicmaking. It was so cool.
Also in a magazine called URB there was an interview with Bloc Party. ♥! They. Are awesome.
&& then I found that Jeff Buckley book I mentioned in my Christmas wishlist...It's called A Wished-For Song. A Portrait Of Jeff Buckley I WANT IT I WANT IT I want it so bad.
After that I sampled some music, discovering that Ben Harper is someone whose music I could definately fall in love with liek w0ah.
Then I looked at all of the pretty journals they have && vowed to come back && buy one or two or three after Christmas. ♥
ALSO YESTERDAY, before Barnes & Noble, I was on green plastic radiohead looking at pictures of Thom Yorke && I found him wearing the most A W E S O M E t-shirts ever.
&& speaking of Bloc Party...
This morning I heard, in this order, the last little bit of "smells like teen spirit";;Nirvana, "only";;Nine Inch Nails, "luno";;Bloc Party && "wings of a butterfly";;HIM && was all "!!!!!:D!!!!" 'cause beatific music first thing in the morning makes me have a good day.
&& since I was collecting pictures yesterday...
