So. This introductory post is ... unnecessary, really, since no one reads this, but I'll feel better for having put it here, just in case anyone ever actually does come wandering along. In which case: hello!
The short version is that I've been very much in love with Stargate: SG-1 for years, and have observed the fandom for most of that time, but never had the courage to actually jump in. (And check out my sweet timing on finally working up to it: six months, then ten episodes, and then, no new shows! Eeh.) I figure, however, it's about time to stop lurking -- not to mention do something about the pages of..interrelated fic drabbles, basically, sitting on my hard drive. (I'm not very good at taking ideas and turning them into actual stories, but I'm hoping the 5-things trend will be a good place to start working on some writing skills.)
