Drabble #1 - Anything to keep him happy.
Pairing: Niam
Summary: Liam will do anything to keep Niall happy, even if it means hurting him a little bit.
Liam let his hair fall in his eyes as he dropped his head and looked down at his hands. They were currently in an interview and the one question he hated the most had come up; “Who is single?" he hated that question, literally resented it. He didn't want to say that he's dating Danielle. He wanted to tell the world that the gorgeous blond only sitting a few seats next to him were his, and that he was in love with that boy. Telling people he was dating Danielle was getting harder and harder each time.
Liam felt Zayn nudging his knee so he looked up to see the interviewer looking at his expectantly and he realised he had to actually answer, so he put on a brilliant smile and said “I’m still happily dating Danielle”. As he looked over to Niall, who was sitting next to Zayn, he saw Niall’s blue eyes that usually were so full of life, looked pained and he had a frown upon his face. Liam felt his heart ache and all he wanted to do was go over to him and kiss the pain away, but he knew that if he did that the band would be over.
Even though all the fans were all for the bromances, he knew most of them wouldn't support it if one of them actually got together. So he pretended, and smiled and pretended some more all so he could be happy in private with Niall. He loved him, and that is why he kept Danielle around even though it hurt Niall; it also helped him to keep Niall happy.
