LJ hinky, toon time and unsexy time
My access to LJ is rather random due to their server move, which is intended to stop the overloads that are causing slowdowns, blank pages, etc. Only I never really noticed those things before, but now it's almost constant, with only short windows where I can see anything. I can usually see my profile and post, but then I can't see my own journal or friends page most of the time. Hopefully things will improve over the weekend, but if I drop off the radar for a bit, assume they've blocked my way completely.

Yahoo News: DA's sex ed warning befuddles Wis. teachers, kids
tl;dr version is the governor has issued a law stating schools must take a comprehensive approach to sex education, while County District Attorney has warned school districts and teachers they could face criminal charges because teaching sex ed that includes things such as proper condom use is encouraging teens to have sex when it's illegal for them to have sex.
So I just have to wonder... do they arrest underage teen moms before or after they give birth? Do they require DNA tests to confirm the father's identity so they can arrest him? Or does he get out of charges because the young female temptress is at fault and he's only a young man who couldn't keep his pants zipped in the face of her evil ways?
