After Elton: How Gay is Merlin?
Nialla: Pretty damn gay.
Though they are right, it plays perfectly well for the kiddies, but for those subtextually inclined, it's like there's no sub to the text.
Sci Fi Wire: They liked the Robot Chicken bit with Joss Whedon and Robert Moore too. Sorry, but it probably won't play outside the US. (It's currently on
YouTube, but [AS] will probably yank it soon.)
For those who haven't watched the show before, they do a "cliffhanger" at the end of the season, involving the death of the show and/or cast members. Last year they did one of those "memorials for those who died in the past year" things, felt it was too short, and decided they needed to add more people. Cue mayhem.
SETH GREEN (to Joss Whedon): "Oh, wow. You actually say 'Whedonverse' in real life."
RON MOORE: "Why would I need help writing plots? I just throw a dart at the cast list and boom, they're a Cylon. Rinse, repeat, cash the f*cking check."
SETH MCFARLANE: "I haven't heard an idea that bad since Hanna-Barbera launched 'Scooby Jew'."
