No matter what you think of 45, this is an interesting podcast if you're into American politics and why things are done the way they are. Co-host Mars is very upfront about what he thinks of 45 (not positive), but even so, they do an interesting mix of using historical examples of what POTUSes can/have done in the past and compare it to what 45 is claiming he can/will do. In many cases, we're in undiscovered country, so it's theoretical, but the more I've been listening, the more I'm discovering that's the case for much of Con Law.
