Westlife Gravity Concert Report!!
I’m home. Now I’m writing the concert report XD I don’t know what to say about today... but it was really amazing. Westlife was amazing, the fans were amazing, the situation also was really amazing. XDDDD
I got there around 4 pm. I didn’t think there would be a lot of people waiting for the gate to be opened. I was waiting for my friend. But unfortunately she called me and said that she can’t attend the concert because her eyes suddenly get hurt. T_T But she will attend the concert at Malaysia... *make me jealous* So I ended up waiting alone because I couldn’t contact my other friends. T__T It was so boring waiting in the crazy line alone. I can say that the promoter or the management was really bad. They didn’t coordinate it well. At 6 they opened the first gate. And OMG It was crazy. I got pushed from any direction. >.< None wanted to wait and make a neat line. After passing the first gate, the situation was getting more chaos. They didn’t prepare a divider so we could wait our time quietly and enjoy it. Everyone just came from any direction while there were only 2 gates for ticketing. I even asked the security and he just told me to wait. How can I wait while everyone trying to get in there!!!!! The security just stands like a cover model. It pissed me off!
But the chaos didin’t stop there. XDDDD When I entered the venue, the festival area was already half-full. So I chose a nice place in the middle right in the front of the divider. At first it was really a good spot to watch the concert, but gradually so many people stand in the middle. There was no security controlling. I even couldn’t stand properly because people in the middle pushed us back!
Ok, let’s talk about the concert than the bad managing of the concert. The opening act, I couldn’t believe they still do this... but I don’t really know the artist too. It was Xo9. They covered backstreet boys song. XDDD for an half hour. It was so not important beside it was so full. I think Westlife appeared at 8.30 pm. Yes!!! They are so handsome... appeared and sang When you are looking like that!!! It was a good choice to start the concert!! The order of the song is same as at another venues. Nicky and Shane used their camera phone to take our picture. It was so funny when Nicky forgot where he put the phone. OMG they are so handsome. I think Nicky is the most handsome tonight. Compared with 2006, They look really handsome. Kian looks softer and younger I think. Nicky is a little bit fat than before. Mark is as not as big as when 2006. XDDD Shane, I didn’t believe he already has 3 childrend with that face. XDDDD
Back to the concert. After 5 or 6 songs, Mark talked to us and they stopped singing. He said that the situation was really chaos so he wanted us to step back. But who want to move back? Even WL manager and the promoter leader handled this problem. They said if we can’t cooperate with them, the concert will be stopped. I couldn’t believe they said that! I believe it was the management’s fault. The concert stopped about 30 mnt. It was really amazing chaos. XDD
(OMG look at the way he stands! He was cool! Even in the middle telling us to move back)
Thanks God they continued the concert after the security got involved. Nicky said “Do you follow us at twitter?” so we together said “YES!” and he said he will upload the video he took. ^_^ I don’t remember it clearly but they change their costume 3 times. It was so fast! XDDDD The last one they wore a black suit with bow tie. They were so looking good. They sang the last 3 song and ended it with Uptown Girl. I don’t remember how many song they sang. They supposed to sing 19 songs like in the other venue. But I didn’t recall they sang the covering song. It felt so fast. The concert ended at 9.50 pm. Less than 1.5 hour. It was so disappointed. And I think the interaction with fans was really short. Maybe it was because the chaos.
As I said above, I don’t know how it was. It was so amazing and so chaos. But I don’t regret attend their concert. But I’m glad I could attend the 2nd one. ^___^ I even made an uchiwa. There’s a little damage because the chaos XDDD
Even though I couldn’t meet them personally face to face like what my friend did waiting for them at the airport, I’m satisfied. I feel like a fan who watch and enjoy their performance. ^__^ I met various kind of fans. That was so funny.
Their performance was awesome!
