Aha!
first my computer
got a backdoor trojan thingamabobber
which was deleted
prior to deletion, however, a worm got through
the worm attached itself to my security center
and disabled my security center
which in turn turned off my firewall
allowing a ton of spyware in
I went through the registry keys deleting the wormy stuff
then I ran ad-aware and spybot search and destroy and microsoft anti-spyware
many times
after scanning (which takes 8 hours!), my expensive antivirus program was unable to delete the worm
and I was all grrr
then randomly, it pops-up saying it deleted it
and I was like really?
and I did a scan on the specific file, and the worm was gone
afterwards I figured out how to turn my security center and firewall back on
it's not completely fixed, but with my firewall back on-
I think it's alright to go online
now I'm going to bed
