Happy Birthday, Jenny!
Writing has been one of my favorite activities because it allows me a certain freedom to express what I’d like to shout out to the world.
Today, I am composing for a dear friend named Jenny because I wanted to let the people know how GREAT of a person She IS.
Our friendship goes way back. To give readers a glimpse of our history, we met via IMDb board. Of course, this is without a doubt Kristen’s intrusion as to how she and I met and with such, I am truly grateful!
We were Rileys Rebels, a group of Kristen Fans who fought for WTTR to get its worldwide release. We may not have achieved such, but having to fight such battle made me and some from the board became friends and later on sign up for twitter! :D
One may not realize this but when you talk to people everyday, they are actually having a date with your heart. Like suddenly, a day without a convo with the person is not normal anymore. Jenny was among the very first people I have the chance to get to know. And as the time go by, our Friendship is strengthened by similar experiences that binds us more, simply because we understood each other without being too wordy.
Jenny is HOPE for me. To those of you who didn’t know, she had a liver transplant 2 years ago. And had she not underwent such procedure which gave her a second chance to life, I wouldn’t have had the blessing of knowing a person such as hers.
So today as she celebrates yet another year, I’d like her to know how much I appreciate her presence in my life. Had she not been there, I wouldn’t be able to stay grounded because when I am lost, she finds a way to get me back and build everything from there. Her words constantly guides me and soothes my worried mind about life.
Jen, I know this birthday present is not as grandiose as to what I have done for others, but please know that it’s not how big the production or the plan one can organize just to make someone feel special. It’s always about the REASON behind why we do such and this one is no different. The thing about this birthday present via composition is that, everything you read in here is ME, My Thoughts, My HEART.
