Bad karma.
Man the last week or so, the universe just has not been on my side!
Wankmart breaks my car, then I get sick (and I have been just miserable ever since the day after the wankmart thing), and now today I got an empty package from Scotland. EMPTY! And I know it didn't start empty, because there was a note from Royal Mail apologizing for the damage to the package. Like they didn't notice while taping that shit back shut that there was nothing in it??? Come on, empty packages don't cost $20 to send!
Oy.
Clearly, I am receiving karmic retribution for the unfriendly way I booted Shannon last week. Like cutting her off and ignoring for the three weeks before then was completely okay, but because I made her cry to her face, now I have to pay. Which is bass-ackwards, but I just can't think of anything else I've done recently that would bring on this heap of trouble.
Then again, considering how I continue to pray for her welfare and that I genuinely do want her to get her life together and have good things happening to her, I really don't see how I've brought bad karma onto myself.
I just don't get it. But the stars have definitely been stacked against me since the 6th.
