She has a new computer now!
I got my new glasses, and they look great. The colors are fantastic. I had some serious fishbowl issues yesterday, when I picked them up, though. And I ADORE the magnetic clip-on sunshade thingy. I can have sunglasses without wearing my contacts!
I got my new computer, and I'm having a ton of fun playing with it, but it's a Mac, so it's taking some getting used to. In fact, it's taking a lot of getting used to. Especially with the maximize/minimize/close buttons are on the opposite side of the screen from where I'm used to them being. That's disconcerting. It's a learning experience; I'm game.
Playing with my new iPod. Also really hard to figure out, but that's probably just because I'm used to a flash drive with a play button. It's really not hard to figure out a flash drive with a play button, but it does take some perseverance to figure out an iPod with 8000 weird little menus that move around without warning because I haven't yet figured out how to work the controlly thingy. But I have a place to store all my music. That's a very cool thing.
And my loan application for grad school is currently being processed, so here's hoping... Que sera, sera. (Or however you spell it.)
Made plans to chill with Sho and Corey on Thursday. That should be good.
