I want to be Flash.

I just read Crisis on Infinite Earths, in about four hours. And I am mindblown.

Mindblown.

Oh gosh. I'm still taking it in, everything. Wow. Woah. Everything. Is so. Wow.

This book really opened my eyes to some of the characters in the DC universemultiverse, people I never really paid attention to before. Like the Marvel family, Wally West, Supergirl, even Darkseid. AND EVERYONE. Ah.

I involuntarily nearly cried when Barry Allen died. Arh.
I love him.

For your knowledge (I doubt anyone's interested though):
Crisis on Infinite Earths is the first major crisis series.
Then came the sequel Infinite Crisis.
Then the last one, Final Crisis.

They include every single hero/villian in DC, ever, who together face a universal crisis. The series also helps to tie up whatever discrepancies which happened in the past, by setting the same thing straight in all the universes. I can't really explain. Wiki it or something!

Woah, okay Wally West. I never really witnessed (read) his, um, change from Kid Flash to The Flash. I never really paid attention to Wally. I always liked Barry best. But Wally like, shines to me in this series. He learned. Felt. And he became The Flash. Haha, wow. (And he's pretty hot too. Ah.)

Barry makes me want to cry. How he died by himself. How he really was a hero till the end. (Haha, I am being cheesy huh.)

And Kara! I really liked her burst of heroism, or love, before she died. She was honest, and she really loved Kal-El. She really didn't care about herself dying. Was so sweet.

Pariah's story is so tragic. He's so cute and sad all the time. And he atoned so much for his sins. Though He didn't really commit two of them! I like him, he also reminds me of Nightcrawler sometimes. Idk why.

The story of how the universe started is so facinating. And OA sounded so great. No wonder the Green Lantern Corps is so powerful. Haha I never really explored the story behind the green lanterns. Now I know! 8D

Also, I know so much more background now! Woahwee. :D

The Anti-Monitor made me sad though. Haha. Uhm. He lasted so long. And so many people died. D: At least they weren't meaningless casualties though, ah. But he died in the end, so. Take that, bad guy!

I was also suspiciously keeping my eye on Alexander Luthor from Earth-3. Because I read Infinite Crisis before I read this one.

I LINK MY TOPICS, HA.

Wow. I haven't posted on Infinite Crisis before. After I read it, I think I was really sad. I can't remember. It was so long ago. But what I do remember is that wow, it was a classic case of "the road to hell is paved with good intentions".

Superboy-Prime! D: He was so good, so eager to help save the universe! But he had wrong mindsets and a mistake just led him to go down and down. And- the end. It was so. Twisted. Poor Superboy-Prime.
Epic la.

A lot of stuff went down too, but I can't remember. Maybe I'll re-read Infinite Crisis. 8D

Heh. Aren't comics awesome.

Very epic day. Emotions are tired.
