(no subject)
At the risk of getting so behind on my updating and forgetting much of what I have going on I am going to do a quick recap!
Saturday night we had Rocky a surprise birthday party. I went to meet Kayla in Haysi around 4:30 and then we went and picked up a cake and icing and some decorations before going up to Kay's house. We then proceeded to blow up balloons, hang streamer, baked the cake, and Kay made tacos before Wes arrived. After writing no the cake "H-B Rocky" lol we called Rocky and asked if he wanted to come over. The look on his face was priceless and Becky got a picture of it! We ate and then opened presents. Wes' gifts were hilarious...I don't think that anyone could have pulled that off any better! I love my friends. The gift part was by far the best part of the night and I honestly don't think I have ever seen Rocky laugh as hard as he did when he read his card!!! LOL It was great! We then decided to watch New York Minute and somewhere between the end of the movie and our gossiping we decided to go to the track and walk. Well we didn't do much walking so Kayla made Wes and Rocky follow us down town to pump her gas! After that we came back to the track and actually did walk a lap before parting ways and going home!
Yesterday was just as eventful...I got up and Wes and I went to Kayla and Rocky's church. Their cousin Britta and her boyfriend got saved!!! After church we decided that around 5:30 we were all going to go eat at Pizza Hut so I came home, changed clothes and went to meet Rocky, Kayla and Wes. After we ate, Wes decided he wanted to go to the movies so we went. Kayla and I made them watch Princess Diaries 2. It was so good, although they both seemed to dislike it. After we got back in town I decided to ride around for a few minutes and see if someone else was down there but no such luck. Instead I caught up with Eug and he let me drive his truck through town a couple of times. That was fun and funny!! Around 10:30 I left and came on home.
This morning I got up and got ready to go meet Rocky at the high school for Deel's birthday party. Jess was bringing him down a cake and a gift and since it was Rocky's birthday too we raided the plans! hehe:) Wes also showed up so we went around and I got to visit the teacher's I didn't see the other day I was down there. I think that I may retire from going to visit HHS for a while now, it gets harder to say goodbye when you keep going back! lol
Anyway now I am going to go get ready once again to meet Charles. We are going to Wise to eat at the Huddle House!
