(no subject)
I am so bored I decided to write in this thing. I just can't get in a habbit of updating it that often sometimes it feels like a chore just to get an update done! hehe:)
Not much has been going on lately. I finished my essay for English that is due tomorrow, and I took my first test in my Business Communications class(100). I don't know where to even begin my Sociology work, I have a feeling I am going to be a slacker when it comes to this class. But, thats enough about classes!
Friday Kayla and I left at 4:30 for the breaks play that started at 6:30! We had quiet a few stops to make and we figured we would be doing good but we ended up getting done with our stops WAY early. We arrived at the play "about an hour" before it started and honestly we beat half the cast there!! Adam and LeRae came down about 6 so we weren't lonely--that long--and then minutes before the play got started it came a huge storm. Even with and unbrella we were soaked. The play was cancelled and Kayla and I followed Adam back down town and we ate at Pizza Plus, were my mom repeatedly tried to hook Kayla up so she could be "in the family" hehe:) Aside from that we had some funny conversations..."dead--or 128" I took Kayla back to her car and then Adam and I sat and talked in the parking lot for a while before we finally left as well.
Yesterday I stayed in bed until about 12:30, I hadn't been getting much sleep lately and it felt so good to just lay around and rest. My mind has been going a mile a minute the last few days. It's like I can't turn my brain off, I always have something on my mind and I can't seem to stop analyzing and wondering about things, nothing in particular just stuff running through my mind all the time...Kinda like now! hehe:)
Anyway, around 4:00 I started to get ready to go up momaws and to go to Adam's later. We got to my granparents around 5 and I only stayed a little while, looked at pictures then I left to meet Adam and go to his house to watch a movie and "meet the parents." Regardless of the fact that it was just Regina I was still so nervous, he made fun of me on our way and then when I got there it only took about 5 minutes for me to feel right at home, it was great. We ordered pizza, watched the coverage of the last confederate widow's death, and played Wheel of Fortune with his mom and dad. Then we went in his room and watched Miracle and I tried many times to beat him at the PS2 Tony Hawk game. Needless to say he doubled my score like every single time. Around 10:30 he took me back to my car and I stopped by Family Video to drop off the movie before finally come on to the house. I had so much fun I thought it was going to be awkward but it wasn't at all.
This morning I woke up super early, finished my essay and watched CMT with brother. Now here I am bored and debating whether to go try and watch the breaks play again?
Anyhow I will find something to do. Hope everyone is having a great summer!!
