So, I work 8 hours a day for four more weeks. I am going to save up and Joe and I are moving out I think with this person at work named Nate. He's okay, but he likes me and joe so it's okay. We'll work things out. I just can't stand joe's mom. I would have no problem giving 300 a month as long as that woman is gone, and I have my own place

moving out with someone you hardly know probably isn't a good idea. what if the guy skips out on rent or steals your stuff or hurts waffles?

Agreed about the nate thing. I actually really don't want to live with him. He is creepy. But joe does. We have a re-locater person helping us to find a good studio. HOPE THIS WORKS

3 people can not legally live in a studio. Well you can, but then they charge more. Also, all 3 of you must be on the lease. Meaning that if you AND joe want to kick him out... you cant. Remember how Kavinga refused to pay rent, and josh was stuck living at mom's while still paying rent FOR kavinga?

If he does skip out and you cant pay the rent. You will get kicked out. Then you will also have a mark on your rental history for 7 years.

Living with people you dont know well is up there with peeing into the wind.

Also a couple living with someone else never is a good idea.
