Let's play catch up shall we?
Ok so:
- I had to drive two and a half hours to the nearest theater (Orlando) to see Nightmare Before Christmas. Was it worth it? Yes, and although I begged to go see the gates of Disney I didn't get to :( I did find a copy of The Satanic Bible though.
It seemed strange that a 2 and a half hour drive from Jacksonville to Orlando seemed so long considering just a couple months ago, I used to drive that round trip, from Keene to Concord, every week.
- I have a job at a daycare that's a mile from the beach. Right now, I'm an assistant teacher in the one year old room, and in VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten). I love this job, even though I might bitch about my coworkers sometimes (ok, a lot). The kids are awesome, and they make it fun to come to work everyday.
-I don't know when I'm gonna get back to NH to visit, but I'm hoping it'll be soon.
-I'm trying to get into the local community college here. We'll see what happens there.
-I'm going to be moving from today-Saturday. We got an apartment about 4 miles from the beach, signed the lease today :) My First Apartment! The Internet won't be connected for a couple days though, so if you need me call the cell (most of you have the Number already).
-Saturday is also Concert day! Planetfest (the rock station's answer to Rock 101's Skyshow) is Saturday, and Buckcherry, Hinder, Hoobastank and Crossfade are playing. It'll be my third time in 3 years seeing Crossfade :)
