You Poke It, You Own It states:
When ferrying a bottled beverage from bar to table, or other transportations as may be required, if a finger of the transporter shoud break the plane separating the inside of the bottle and its inner contents from the outside ambient air, the transporter shall assume ownership of the beverage to include: all costs related to that beverage and the replacing of the beverage should original ownership not have been the transporter. The transporter shall also incur all responsibility for the complete consumption of aforementioned beverage. Should the transporter not fulfill any incured obligation, appropriate punitive action shall be taken in accordance with the "Party Foul" section of the Man Code.
