I've been sitting here for over fifteen minutes just trying to figure out what to write.
This is what happens over the summer.
"The Dumbening"
It's a week from over and I can almost say I'm glad.
Of course I would have liked to be done with it, but it's nice to know I don't have to bother with college yet. I just e-mailed Mrs. Shank to try and mess with my schedule once again. As of now I have: Classical Mythology, Marine Biology, Ancient Civ., Philosophy, Mass Media, and Pre Calculus/Triginomitry (in that order), with lunch being smack dab in the middle of the whole thing. I'm thinking however about dropping half of the schedule and taking a King Career Center class in either Photography or Advertising Art and Design (mostly because they don't have anything called "Graphic Design" but advertising sounds useful too). What I had hoped to do is to get all credits except elective out of the way and then use the last semester as a full day at KCC, but I forgot that Womens Studies is going to be 6th hour, last semester, and I'm looking forward to that class, so that's out. So maybe I'll stick with the first half and take KCC in the after noon first semester, and then morning second semester, and take ancient civ or philosophy, then mass media, and then womens studies. Although I can take late arrival or early dismissal I don't think I'm going to. It's a free education and so I might as well milk it for all its worth. Hopefully however I will be able to take both of those classes at KCC.
That's enough of that. I could totally use a neck massage right now.
I finally have all my friends back. Just when one starts to come back another one starts to slip. Today was a good day. What day isn't a good day when I get to sleep for 16 hours? Even though I slept so much I still feel like I've gotten stuff accomplished (like updating my LJ for example). Now I just need to finish my government course, send in my camera and phone to get fixed, get a new job, and get new clothes. Sigh. Never ending. I'm not really expecting to get any new clothes though. No one has any money and so maybe I'll just take my $20 (all that I have left over from a job) and go to salvation army or something.
In other news, my computer is now pimped. In my eyes anyways. Not in anyone elses, but fuck 'em. I finally got my over 600 songs organized and nicely labeled in iTunes, have spybot downloaded and working, Photoshop CS & all my california pictures, as well as iPod agent, so anyone with an iPod get over here and sex up my computer with your music. This morning I had barely $7 to my name, by tomorrow night I'll have about $70, enough to make it worth while to go to the fair this weekend.
