Hi! New person.
I'm Kerry, and I'm 21. I live in Australia, and I have NF1.
I've nad very few problems with the actual NF, but several major related things.
I've only had 1 op, to remove 5 tumours growing in my left arm just above my elbow, ( 14 years ago), but they have sice grown back and it looks like I'll need another op in a year or so.
I also had a kidney autotransplant ( due to NF - stenosis and an anurism on the kidney artery) 3 years ago.
I have lots of fibromas - the little purple things - everywhere, and a few cafe au lait spots.
Other than that, I'm 'normal'.
