Bologna, cream cheese and barbecue potato chips. Yes, potato chips in the sandwich.

Depends. Roasted garlic cloves are a veggie. Raw garlic is a spice.

It's bitter, but if it's only lightly steamed and served with copious lemon wedges so it can be drenched in juice, I actually like it.

So long as it's sashimi or sushi, I'm happy. Except salmon. The only good salmon is a smoked salmon. And catfish are best served dredged in cornmeal and pan-fried crispy.

Every day if I could afford it.

Japanese.
