ok iv taken some time to chill so not im ready 4 a proper post.
Firstly i have read the offending post from sally and now the replies iv seen suddenly make sence! Not a good day for her now is it lmao. Also I believe that baz should be awarded post of the month or sommin for his one about a varied mix of ppl in his flist!
Ok so i didnt go edge last night, sorry again dudes. I explained this to baz but ill do it again.
Today i had start work at 6:30a.m. I had to drill 50 holes, most of them had to me 2mm reamed holes!!!! and i had a tolerance of
+-0.01 on their positions! after 4 hours of workin on this solid, i have a gr8 system going. I check drawing, pitch figures, check hole size, centre drill, drill, then ream. perfect! But no, me boss ain very happy and wants me top speed up (i had done between 30-40 holes by then). He goes on about how much of a rush job and how i need to finish asap. He stands behind me (bloody anoying when sum1 is watching u work aint it?) so i try to speed up. Guess what....3 holes from the end i fucked up and put a 3mill hole in a 2 mill position! 3 grand down the pan!!! my boss aint to happy, i say it was his fault, he sulks off >.<
So moral of the storie...dont rush jobs!
Also if ne one with out an engineering background can understand this post, prove it and i will hand over my gummy bear collection!
