I survived another week. The thing is that every week that goes by it feels like everything is more intense. More tasks. Move faster. Deliver quicker. Eventually something has to give in. Right?
And it feels like this week, my health gave in. I am almost back at 100%. I am working on me so I can to continue to heal and be stronger. And most importantly to me, not let these experiences get to me to the point where it negatively impacts my wellbeing.
