The Art Of Life Introduction

Jan 03, 2005 01:17

Life itself has saerved as it's own greatest mystery. Naturally, the most reoccuring question is simply, 'What is the meaning of life?' While no one person can claim to understand exactly what the true meaning is, many particular individuals can theorize and write down what they feel to be true. This is where this small thesis comes from. From a basic stand point, it is one man's view of what the life is, what point there is to it, and how we can potentially live a better life, though not through self help and the like.

There will most likely be many parts to this, though at this moment there are a few defining things that will absolutely be discussed, which are basically many theories on why we exist.
First, there will be the section on "Learning as a Meaning."
Second, a section on "Survival as a Meaning."
And a section on simply "Living as a Meaning."
The view and focus of this small thesis will invariably change as it is created, ecompassing perhaps the meaning of music in life, and potentially other more sensitive issues, such as suicide, murder, and religion. As a general warning, the author would like to state that this is all a work of opinion, that cannot truely be researched, since is never ending, and no one can tell of the true meaning. Also, the reader must be aware that all opnions lying within the text are not directed at any particular group or person, but more at questionable beliefs and motives. If you are particularly sensitive on a subject, then one would suggest you not to read that section. If something seems totally absurd (which this entire thesis may be) then feel free to either stop reading, or let the author know.

Thank you for you time, and hope you will enjoy what is to eventually come.
