It's an alternate dimension. Not all dimensions have moons or even suns, for that matter.

Well, yeah, but there are tides here, which means there's a moon. I think. I haven't actually checked.

I haven't thought to look into the tides, either. I should and at least find somewhere to put myself, 'cause if there is a moon, there's no telling if it'll follow the same patterns as Earth's moon. I'd really like to avoid eating someone again.

Oh, I do hope so. It is so much easier to imagine things, at night, with a beautifully full moon above.
