A recap on what I have been up to:
Well, Circle K is up in full swing. We are helping with Homecoming at USM this year. Homecoming here has always been lame because, well, our school doesn't have a football team. But that hasn't stopped Homecoming Committee this year--should be great! We'll have a bondfire, drive-in movie night, 80s dance party, singled out game, academic bowl, variety show, paint the town, and block party. Hopefully all goes well.
Classes? Well, those have been full of homework and lots of assignments I didn't like doing (ie interviewing random people in Portland for my newswriting class). The one class I wasn't too sure about taking--Audio Production 1--actually sounds like it'll be fun. Rob, our professor, showed us how to use all of the radio equipment the other day. Some of the machinery is ghetto (ie white out painted numbers to designated cd player 1 from 2 and mini disk player 1 from 2) but I think it'll be fun to do.
