I just re-watched it last night :) yeah, it's him :) at that time he used another name, Doumoto Naohiro. As he said in that ep, Naohiro is the name of his sister's 1st love ^^"

it's a clip from Tsuyoshi's 1st live DVD, Rosso e Azzurro. He sang My wish, that is, as we all known, the 1st song Kouichi has written (and the lyric is full of KKL XD) :) Kouichi also sang Tsuyoshi's song, Dekiai Logic in his 1st solo con :D
