Led by Vancouver counsellor and stand up comic David Granirer, Stand Up For Mental Health (which is the subject of the VOICE Award winning documentary Cracking Up) teaches stand-up comedy to people with mental illness as a way of building confidence and fighting public stigma.

Stand Up For Mental Health aims to reduce public stigma around mental illness and spread a message of hope and empowerment.
