I had this crazy weird dream last night.  I had a dream that I had woken up and it was today.  I got up and noticed that there was these cutouts paste to my T.V. in the shape of yellow ducks.  Then i went into my closet and all of a sudden one of the drawers to my dresser was pulled out and flipped over on my floor - I didn't see it fly across my closet but it was like I knew that a ghost was doing this.  And then I open my door to my room, getting ready to yell for my mom and I see that in the hallway are articles of clothes that I had set out to wear today (first day of my internship).  Then my mom comes out of her room and sees me freaking out and all of a sudden I am in my bathroom and my mom is standing at the end of the hall and I am screaming at her that there is a ghost haunting me and I look at the bathroom counter and there are the duck cutouts.  I turn towards my mom and then I turn back to the counter and all of a sudden the duck cutouts are stuck to the bathroom mirror.  Then I started to freak out because I thought that if I left my house I would be alone in my car and have to drive 45 minutes to work and the ghost would follow me.

Fucked up let me tell you.  I woke up at 4:30am to that dream.  Then I couldn't sleep cause I thought okay there is a ghost in my room. lol.

God, I'm such a grown up :0)

Like I mentioned earlier, today was the first day of my internship at Oakland County.  I have been so nervous all of break because of this and finally I got to get it out of my system.  It was a little nerve wracking but surprisingly I wasn't very nervous at all.  I ended up getting there before everyone else (brownie points for being early) then Mike showed me around again and he got me the forms I need to get my ID Badge.  That was the worst part probably.  He had the secretary give me a map and I had to take the map and my forms to a different building on the county's campus.   I left my desk to go to my car but as soon as I got to my car I remembered that I forgot to grab the map off of my new desk.  So I had to go all the way up there, after debating on whether or not I could get to the place by memory, and prayed that no one noticed that I had forgot to grab it - what an impression to make...  So I nonchalantly grabbed the map and high tailed out of there.  I got a little turned around on my way to the other building but found in rather quickly, I couldn't figure out where to park because they label things so shitty and I ended up going into the back of the wrong building, thanks to their incredibly good labeling, but no one again noticed.  I found the right entrance and a very very very nice gentleman led me to the office I needed to go in.  And here I thought they were all going to be jerks because, well, let's face it, Oakland County is not known for playing nice.

I spent the remainder or the morning getting familiar with the website and the e-newsletter that I will be working with, was given a tour by another intern and then left to make my way to Oakland University to work at the IT Desk.  I'll be here until 5.

I thought classes started to day and I was all prepared to go, lucky Monica, one of the other interns at Oakland County, informed me otherwise.  Classes start tomorrow....and since I only have class on Monday and Wednesday (until March, then I'll have classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) all I have to worry about is work.

I think I'll feel more settled when I get my scheduled straighten out.  Everything is kind of overlapping cause of random meetings and things I have to do.  I figure it will take at least a month to get all straight and in the routine of things.

Boy did break go bye fast....
