Wasn't expecting that
Somehow I managed to pass both of my standardized tests in the middle school content areas. I felt strong in the math and sciences, but so-so for language arts and abysmal for social studies. I passed them both though! I have to pass another standardized test about student civil rights and then I'll have a free and clear teaching certificate for another few years.
My momma/baby instructor told me today to not to let my teaching certificate lapse in case I want to go back to it. She said she thought I'd be a great teacher. Makes me feel good, though I have just no idea what makes her say that since she doesn't know us personally.
