So, according to the text at Reuters, Bush's watch was not stolen by Albanians while he was greeting the crowds. They say he put his hand behind him and a security guard took it off for him so it wouldn't get stolen.
This is a great story... except that you can actually SEE his watch being stolen on the video tape.
