Knit List

This is mostly for me, but it's a little archive I'm going to maintain of things I think I might like to knit.

Ivy - a wrap sweater. I love wrap sweaters and I don't have one yet.

Intolerable Cruelty, a faux corset skirt. I might do it without the corset though, so I could wear it to work.

This tank would be really nice in cotton or silk. If I make it though, I will decrease it to give it a bit of a waist. Possible split up the side with a zipper or a button to make it easier to get in.

Another wrap sweater. Very pretty, and can use up ends of other yarns.

Someday, I will knit him a sweater. This is me collectiong patterns for possibilities:

Avast! Lovely men's sweater, designed by a man, with a zipper. Similar to some things he already has.

Baby Gifts

Sheldon the Turtle. COTTON!

Kureyon Blanket OK. I might not do this for a baby, because of the Noro yarn, but it's gorgeous. If I could find a washable substitute, and make it smaller, yes. GORGEOUS.

Books of Patterns

Butternick Victorian Knitting. The "ladies vest" makes it worthwhile.

1930's sweaters.

More 1930s, with dresses and suits!

a 1935 double breasted suit, and more

1938 diva girls

I guess I love those 1930s patterns...
