Quick update
Jaeger woke @2:15 hot & crying with a temp of 101.8. Gave him Tylenol, cool washcloth wipedowns, chilled teether, lots of nursing. He's now asleep on the Boppy on my lap. Down to 98.8 again. Am a little nervous about going back to sleep. Glad S made me go to bed earlier!
