The Boston Globe's article called "Race: THe Final Frontier" which talks about race and SF and a lot of things that I've been handwaving about for a number of years now. So good to see it coming up.
Also, I have a new author to look up, who wrote his fantasy trilogy because LOTR wasn't doing it for him - the same way it never did it for me. Right on!
ETA: and I just found Pam Noles essay "Shame" on SF and what it's like to be a person of color and love SF - even though it excludes you.
