jewelry maker?

anyone know of someone who can make a silver jewelry piece from a plaster mold, about the size of a silver dollar or smaller? I can go to them but I don't want to have the mold out of my possession for any longer than necessary so I prefer it to be someone whom I can go to in person rather than a website where I'd mail it.
