Valentines Day

Good morning! I have been relentlessly google-ing for the past several days in hopes of finding that oh-so perfect restaurant for Valentines Day. The boyfriend is flying in from out of town, so I wanted to do something unique and special. The catch? We both are going to be running low on money that week, so we need to keep it fairly inexpensive. We were hoping for a restaurant with a view, but I haven't been able to find anything reasonably priced. What are your favorite date night restaurants? Location doesn't really matter, but I would prefer Brooklyn or Manhattan.Thank you so much in advance!
