Alright, so I've been to planned parenthood in New York before, and their prices (obviously) are higher, than say in other locations. What is the cheapest or quickest way to get the morning after pill? I looked though several pages of health and doctors, but the closest I could find was ob/gyn and birth control questions. It's available over the counter at any drugstore.

Not cheap though, about ~$35, but if you genuinely need it....

There's also a way to kind of fudge it using a megadose of normal birth control pills, which you might look up how to do if you have any.

Calling Planned Parenthood is worth a shot though.

I'm no expert, but it seems to me that a failed attempt at fudging would end up costing more than the genuine article in the long run.

i believe it was like 4 of the dark blue ones (in tri-cyclen lo) but i don't recommend that for anyone. i got so sick and nauseous for days following it.

also, $35 is a lot cheaper than having an unexpected pregnancy.

I could have sworn reading that it wasn't easily available though, even though they had passed that law?

It's incredibly easy to get if you're in NYC. Any CVS or Duane Reade should have it.
