Hello New Yorkers!
I have an obnoxious [perhaps] touristy question! Aren't you excited? I would like to get tickets to Saturday Night Live when I am visiting in a few weeks and so far all I know is that eager individuals should wait outside the NBC Studios Building when they open around 7 in the morning. Have any of you ever gotten SNL tickets and, if so, do you have any secrets of the trade (bring donuts for bribes? prepare a quick choreographed dance? etc)?
& also - do you have a favorite cheap sushi place in the manhattan area? (and when I say cheap I mean grad-student-in-social-work-cheap...)

(I looked in the tourism tag and didn't see any SNL entries but I didn't really search that long or hard so I apoligize if you are rolling your eyes at the millionth SNL entry...)
