HealthyNY, Health Insurance

I am about to purchase a health insurance policy through HealthyNY but am wondering which HMO to choose. They offer Aetna, Empire BCBS, Oxford, Atlantis, Cigna, HIP, GHI, and a few others. Has anyone had any experience with HealthyNY? Which HMO would you recommend?
I had GHI coverage before and thought it was OK, but not that great.
I'm located in Queens, by the way. Thanks!
