I just bought two tickets for my boss and another exec on-line for an LIRR train this afternoon. Of course I noticed it says the tickets will be mailed to my boss at her home address withing 3-5 business days. And there is no phone number (except for emergency lines on the MTA site). I emailed my question (will the reciept serve as a ticket for a train today)but they emailed me back some useless links from the site that do not answer my question.
Ug - I hate the MTA sometimes.
