Well. I was leafing through the IKEA catalog this morning, which i do surprisingly often, when I came to realize that I personally don't have any furniture. Of course my parents have all of it, but with them moving out and chris/i only having a shitty couch and a big ugly chair to our names, I decided to take action. And, well, by take action I of course mean browse IKEA looking for cheap furniture. I found a couple things, namely a fairly nice 3 seat couch, some crazy chairs, and a coffee table. I can't really afford to buy anything big at the moment, but if we're going to be furniture-less i'm sure I can swing it.
On a slightly related note, I've decided that once our house sells and Chris and I get booted out, I'm going to live out on my own. Well, not necessarily on my own, but not with my parents at least. That's part of what all this furniture buying frenzy is all about. Well, that's the plan anyway. We'll see.
Also, I was finally able to get a hold of Rachel today for the first time since she came back to the Ottawa area, and also for the first time in probably about a year. It was great talking to her, and I'm actually still in the middle of doing so right now. loff rachel.
